Nebraska • Sharptail Grouse are found in the same habitat as the Prairie Chicken and are commonly shot on the same day. We refer to the two species combined as "Prairie Grouse". The limit is currently set at 3 prairie grouse per hunter per day and 12 in possession. Absolutely, positively, without doubt, question, or debate, America's most fabulous and historic gamebird species. Come and hunt this rare bird in its last remaining stronghold at Prairie King Wingshooting. The bird that everyone loves to hunt! At Prairie King we don't hunt ONLY the native species. Our CRP acres hold great numbers of pheasant. Hunt preserve and non-preserve acres for born wild, wild and released birds. Face it guys, the pheasant is not a very successful introduction here in America. In September the mourning doves come through our area. They stay as long as they can. They love it here!

Nebraska • Coyotes in our area have long been overpopulated, creating an outstanding place to hunt. However, as in most areas in recent years we have had epidemics of mange so our numbers are down. They are still in very huntable numbers, just not like they were 5 years ago. However, the bright side of that coin is that the Bobcat population has really recovered. So the amount of action you get will be similar, just split up between the two species. You can still expect to have many more coyotes come in than bobcats. Coyote season is year round. Bobcat season is December-February only. It's true what they say about Prairie Dog shooting. If you've not done it, you really haven't lived.

Nebraska, United States • All of our trophy big game hunts take place during the rut with most of the hunting done from ground stands overlooking travel corridors to and from feeding and rutting areas, Your stand site provides you with a large glassing area but puts you into adequate shooting distances for a good clean harvest. Our goal is for our clients to harvest whitetails in the 140's and 150's, Mulie in the 150's and 160's, Pronghorn in the 13's and 14's and Elk in the 350 to 400 class. Although we have harvested animals larger than this we feel they are a bonus not an average. Twelve Deer, Two Pronghorn, and Two Elk hunts are offered annually.

Yutan • We have experienced elk hunting guides who are very familiar with this pristine elk habitat. We have a very high success rate, however, success always depends on the weather! Our trips are semi-guided, meaning you will be helped in the field and with your game. A semi-guided hunt includes one guide for 2 hunters. Anyone with a handicap will have a full-time guide. We are all certified in first aid and CPR.
